Comeback Kids (Finally)

Last year the Yanks had an improbable 61 come-from-behind victories, and there were more than a few sabermetrically inclined analysts (including yours truly) worried that there was no way this would be a repeatable feat this year, and that this season’s win total would suffer accordingly, Those fears appear to have been well founded, but the team took a step in the right direction this evening, with their first come-from-behind win of the year when trailing after the 7th. We hope more follow (though we’d prefer they never fall behind at all). We’re happy that nasty week-long skid is over, and note another solid if not spectacular performance from our Big Wang. We sure as hell hope he stays in the rotation for the duration of this campaign, regardless of the health (and contract) of Jaret Wright.
