For all the talk of Jeter’s intangibles, his contributions all year and throughout the post-season, on half a leg for much of it, have been pretty clear. If the rest of the team continues to play the way they have, they’ll be swept out of the ALCS in no time.

that was difficult to watch…knowing the type of player he is, not being able to play has got to hurt more than the ankle…the good news is that it appears he doesn’t need surgery, recovery is 3 months, and they don’t think it’s career threatening…
