Lee faces Dempster. Who are you betting on being better? Well, I hope you’re wrong.
It was surreal to see Papelbon for some reason. I did not like. A great game by Dempster, but Lee deserved the nod – he was super.
I’m excited for JBJ to be back up with the club, and less excited about Ped’s thumb injury.
So he did injure himself on that dumbass slide in the opening Yankee series. I guess it’s good he can still play (best season since his MVP campaign so far) like this under the circumstances.
And yeah, when a SP like Lee beats you like this, you just shrug. Particularly when the Yankee game on the same night provides some balm.
