Just because we’re fair, we wanted to point out that the Globe follows yesterday’s Times Tabata oozefest with a story of their own on Sox uber-prospect Jacoby Ellsbury. It’s a substantial story, long on family history and actually quite short on baseball.
(and all we can say is that the Times wasn’t able to get Brian Cashman to compare Tabata to pastry, like Ben Cherington does with Ellsbury. So, check mark for the Globe. Or for Cashman. Not sure which.)
