Know When To Hold ‘Em: Yanks-ChiSox Gamer

It does not rise to the level of an irony that a story about ARod being involved in an “illegal” poker game breaks when the Yankees are playing the White Sox, but it is a fun coincidence.  High Stakes Poker!  Beverly Hills!  Open cocaine usage?  In Beverly Hills?!  Spider Man was there!  Leo!  Jason Bourne and that other movie star Sox fan too!

Allegedly, ARod lost a couple thousand dollars at the game, but let’s call it 5k.  He makes 31M just off of baseball this year.  If you make 40 grand a year, that’s like losing six bucks and change.  Snore.

Back to baseball where the Yankees look to make it six wins in a row including five on the season over the Pale Sox with AJ Burnett on the mound (now who’s gambling?) while Gavin Floyd pitches for Chicago.  Lineups follow, comment away.

Great perspective AG…I am getting sick and tired of the ARod bashing. It’s a ridiculous, non-story.
I just watched the Jeter doc again…if you haven’t seen it? Watch it.
BRING IT AJ!!!!

Yeah, that called strike on Swisher was bullshit. It was neck level. I’m surprised Swish kept his cool.
What’s this about A-Rod and a poker game? That’s illegal for him?

I go to the store to get dinner fixings and look forward to enjoying a ball game. And then 13 runs before I turn on the tube. Wow. But here come the Sox. Look out what lightning you call down, Krueg.

13-6.
Fuck. You. AJ.
Please just quit baseball so I don’t have to continue to hope you suffer a CAREER ENDING FUCKING INJURY. You are the WORST FUCKING YANKEE OFF ALL TIME and I FUCKING HATE YOUR GUTS YOU FUCKING LOSER. HAVE SOME FUCKING PRIDE AND JUST RETIRE ASSHOLE. HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR EVERYDAY, KNOWING YOU ARE STEALING MONEY FROM THE YANKEES???? YOU ARE A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING AND PROBABLY AN ACTIVE TEA PARTY MEMBER AND HAVE A FUCKING SARAH PALIN/MICHELLE BACHMANN STICKER ON YOUR PIECE OF SHIT YUKON THAT I SAW YOU DRIVING OUT OF THE STADIUM LAST YEAR!!!! I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE PAID THE GYPSY DRIVER AN EXTRA $100 TO RUN YOUR STUPID, REDNECK ASS OFF A FUCKING BRIDGE IN THE BRONX!!! I had the chance and I blew it…

GET HIM OUT OF THE FUCKING GAME!!!! WHAT THE FUCK??????
You fucking blew a 13-1 lead you worthless piece of shit. Just kill yourself asshole.

Wire-fraying. It’s very common. Look at the customer reviews on Apple’s website. It has like…2 starts.
I had my last charger for 3 months before it happened. POS design.
Speaking of POS…
I’m gonna build an effigy of AJ Burnett and do terrible things to it.

I didn’t know that dusty…i have never had a problem with mine. On either of the two mac’s i’ve had over the past 11 years. I don’t travel much with it though.

Oh. Well, I take mine with me around Charleston quite a bit. Mainly the college library for epic studying sessions.
Cory Wade’s numbers are really good. I had no clue. This staff is full of overachievers this year…and then there’s AJ.

AJ is winless in August as a Yankee. He was given a 13-1 lead tonight very early. He will remain winless in August.
That’s profound levels of talentlesshackdouchebaggery there.

Won’t have access to the post game here. Do share the highlight quotes. I want to hear how he’s taking it one day at a time. And then I want to hear Larry Rothschild explain how he can resurrect the careers of two overweight, over-the-hill starters, but AJ’s problems are incurable. There is no treatment for pure suck.

And also…AJ’s bullshit is now going to fuck up our bullpen because you know Champagne Super Nova isn’t going to go 7 tomorrow…for the series in BAH-sten.

Meanwhile, the bullpen is doing a fantastic job again.
Everyone’s been talking about Robertson and Mo this year, but really a whole bunch of guys have contributed greatly. Ayala especially deserves more credit.
