Phil Humber pitches for the visiting Chicago White Sox, while Alfredo Aceves is on the mound for Boston. Comment away.

Quick correction for Aceves. Sox will discover what the Yankees did – Aceves is not a long-term solution at starting pitcher.
Either Ace is pissed at the news he’s out of the rotation when Lackey comes off the DL, or he’s proving that the Sox made the reight decision between him and Wakefield.
Tek ends the shutout and no-hitter with one swing.
And I’m off to the boy’s baseball game.
I always loved Ace. He always battled.
Nothing like coming home from work just late enough to miss the entirety of the competitive baseball for the evening.
At least I can devote my attention elsewhere and know this reasonably early on.
Well, it isn’t good when your starter buries you early, but the only way Ace is in line for a win right now is if he throws a shutout. The Sox’ bats have to do better than this for anything good to happen. They have now only scored eight runs in 32 innings since the start of Sunday’s action, and that ain’t gonna work against anyone unless the starters and bullpen are just crazy good.
How long until Theo starts looking for JD’s replacement?
Ugh, cmon boys, you were on a roll.
Holy cow. I wasn’t watching this game but was keeping one eye on the scoreboard until it was 10-1 in the top of the 8th and the White Sox had two on and one out.
All of a sudden it’s 10-7 with no outs in the 9th and the (Red) Sox have a runner in scoring position?? What the hell happened? This one will absolutel blow Ozzie’s gasket if the White Sox can’t hold it together. That alone will be worth the price of admission. And i won’t be too happy either…
I’m sorry sfs. I think I misread gamecast. I thought 0 outs when in fact I think it had just ended. Not intentional…
