KC jumped on Andrew Miller in the top of the first for two runs. Danny Duffy is facing the Sox now in the bottom of the frame. Comment away.

And the Sox already get the two runs back. It’s great that the offensive can cover for bad pitching on a lot of nights, but it’s no recipe for success in the playoffs, that’s for sure.
Gah.
Hell, Miller almost made it out unscathed. That would have been too good to be true, I guess.
Wow, with Lackey going tomorrow, it’s going to be embarrassing to lose three in a row to the Royals at home.
Andrew Miller sucks. Good bye.
Get a pitcher, Theo.
Nice D KC
Before tonight, Pedroia’s line in the cleanup spot was .517/.531/1.069 (OPS 1.600) in 32 PA with 4 HR. Tonight he’s 4 for 4 with a walk. Wow.
Meant to include his new line: .576/.595/1.182 (OPS 1.777)
Awww, Pedroia just barely misses the cycle.
Wow, what an ending in Atlanta. Probably the worst call I’ve ever seen in my life.
Wow! There are only two reasons I can think of for that call, the umpire is legally blind or has money on the game. MLB should investigate that. Not only was the tag in time, the runner never reached the plate.
