That’s How To Break A Streak: Rays-Sox Gamer II

Singling a run through a overstacked infield in the bottom of the tenth for the win is pretty sweet. The Sox will try to build off of last night’s awesome win with Clay Buchholz on the mound. Buchholz has been absolutely fantastic so far this year. He’ll face the Rays, who are sending Alex Cobb — who was positively stellar in his first start this season — at Fenway. Lineups follow, comment away.

  • Thanks for the thread, gerb. Ran around with the fambly this morning and didn’t have a moment.

So Buchholz went 8 shutout, losing a no-hitter in his final inning, huh? That is sooooooo awesome. Lester and Buchholz have been just stellar overall in their first 3, but Buchholz a bit moreso.
