Got home just in time to see the beginning of this comeback. One down in the 8th! Ellsbury must be uncoachable. There is no reason for this kid to have a swing like he does. Does anyone tell him he should be trying to reach base, not hit it out of the park? He should have a level swing, he ought to just watch Ichiro for like ten straight days, no breaks. He must be an uncoachable jerk, that is all I can guess from the fact that he doesn’t swing like he should with the skills he has. What the fuck Crawford? Watches two pitches, swings at one in the dirt, and then doesn’t run out the dropped strike 3. Ugh. I feel like Ellsbury and Gardner are another version of Cano and Pedroia. Ellsbury has all the flair and talent, Gardner has to overcome shortness and (apparently) baldness to make the most of what he has. Except, both of them suck ass. Except, both of them suck ass. Emphasis on this part. Comments are closed.
