You Win/You Lose/It Rains

Hard to argue with this reason for not coming to the ballpark tonight.

And Top Gear is in reruns. I might actually have to go outside and enjoy the sunshine here.

  • Yeah, it’s awful here in NYC, freezing cold, rainy, windy. Like Oregon from November through April.

  • Now I’m thinking of snapping up those ebay tix. That price is great and hopefully they re-schedule for a weekend.

  • My lady got us tickets through a work friend for tomorrow. They’re $50 each. Hopefully it doesn’t get rained out. But I’m sure it will.

  • Stumptown: 65/sunny/no wind/50% humidity. PERFECT.

  • I had to use wikipedia to find out what Stumptown is.

  • PeteAbe says the make up will be in July. Both teams had a scheduled off-day on July 23rd and right before the A’s come into town on the 24th. That gives the Yankees a separate gate.

  • Glad I went to the library this weekend now that I have no games on the radio tonight. A day like today isn’t good for much, but it is nice reading weather.

  • Nice Bull Durham reference, Gerb. One of my favorite quotes of all time!
