You Were Always On My Mind…

“You can’t worry about the Red Sox,” catcher Jorge Posada said.

Alex Rodriguez added: “The way Cleveland played tonight, we’d better worry about Cleveland, not about Boston.”

“Tonight was a bad night,” Manager Joe Torre said. “I certainly can’t credit the Red Sox for contributing to this. It was self-inflicted. We certainly deserve any words you choose to use.”

I think we know the answer to Michael Kay’s question, assertions to the contrary. No means yes?

  • A-Rod is a rookie to the Rivalry and needs to shut his yap. He thinks he’s all that goin with Varitek, but he’s the one playing sub par ball, and yeah I just don’t like him. He ran his mouth about the Sox even before he got his pinstripes on. Yeah just ranting… phew….
