haven’t been following the Sox of late, but hasn’t Ellsbury been a problem as well?
Yeah, but I don’t like criticizing him. ;-)
Nick YF- The Boston Globe today reported that Ellsbury, in in his last 26 games, has 22 K’s and 4 BBs in 119 plate appearances, a .234 on-base percentage, 1 SB and 3 CS, and only five RBIs in his last 35 games.
This is especially problematic because Pedroia has hit about .900 over the same time period; many rbi opportunities lost.

Terry Francona needs to added as one of the 3 (or 4) stooges. You gotta admit he does look the part.
