I moved out here in ’95, thinking I would get to enjoy a couple of years, tops, of Scully’s calls. Here we are 14 years later and Vin is still going strong. Sure, he’s prone to the occasional Rizutto-esque digression into nonsense, but as this clip proves, no one ever called a game as descriptively or poetically as Scully. I hope he lives forever.
