According to my shrink (I had a quick emergency session with him after I read the previous post), the Boston Red Sox have reached an agreement with the New York Yankees to send popular slugger, David Ortiz, to the Bombers for cash ($15,000,000). John Henry intends to use the money to finance a production of Cats in Providence.

This is true, I just actually bought my ticket on ticketmaster.com, how can the Sox FO be sooo stupid
Nick, you are so not funny. For this to be even slightly possible, the show would have to be more classy than Cats. Maybe the Blue Man Group?
:P
more classy than Cats?!! How is that even possible?
What, you have to have some fancy code for italics on typepad? I already can’t link on here. Urgh. That’s annoying.
I refuse to support this trade. I will settle for nothing less than Phantom of the Opera…
I think it’s pretty clear that no one would trade Big Papi for anything less than Avenue Q.
David Ortiz isn’t worth the Playbills that the production of Starlite Express that Henry is financing will be printed on.
Laura, to italicize and bold use < > symbols instead of [ ]
Oh. Thanks NeffSox.
;)
Noted:
The BoSox and the ChiSox now have identical records.
