Why, Hello There: Yanks-Nats Gamer III

It’s good to be back, and better yet to come back to a box score like last night.  The Yankees go for the sweep against the Nationals, pitching Ivan Nova while Edwin Jackson is on the mound for DC.  The Bombers will tie their longest winning streak since 2009 should they capture the victory today.

Lineups follow, comment away.

Jeter puts on in the outfield and fat Andruw decides not to try and score…
Would have been safe.

Like every motherfucking game we play…we should be up 15-1.

Wasn’t hard to call that.
Fail.
Like always.

Thanks garbage backup Nats catcher. Because science knows the Yankees aren’t going to fucking hit anything w/RISP.

Great weekend.

Sadly no — you’ll be there??? I’ll be in Washington, DC. Am leaving tomorrow morning. Going to Rays-Nats tomorrow night, coming back Friday. Have a blast! And stay cool – I think that is supposed to be the one really hot day of the week!
